Return & Refund Policy

At Janan Perfume, we are inspired by the honest trade of Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Awf (رضي الله عنه). Your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. We only deal in 100% original fragrances by Junaid Jamshed, and every product is carefully packed before shipment.

Open Parcel Option (Where Available)

We offer open parcel service in many cities. You may check your order before payment.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, you can refuse delivery on the spot — no questions asked.

Return Policy (When Open Parcel Not Available)

If you receive the wrong or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours at info@jananperfume.pk

  • Share photo/video proof of the issue

  • Product must be unopened and unused

  • We will offer a replacement or store credit

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Change of mind or personal fragrance preference

  • Damage after delivery due to mishandling
